Calculating Delivery Time:
Delivery Time = Manufacturing Time + Shipping Time
Manufacturing Time is the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our manufacturing facility.
When viewing an item on the product detail page, make note of its availability (ex: Usually ships in 1 – 3 business days). This tells you when we expect to ship your order from our manufacturing facility. Once your item has left our manufacturing facility, the shipping method you select during checkout will determine when your order will arrive.
Please also allow more time if customization options/engravings are selected.
Shipping Time is the amount of time it will take for your order to leave our manufacturing centre.
The shipping method you select during checkout (FedEx Ground, FedEx 3 Day Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day or FedEx Overnight) will determine the time it will take the order to arrive after it has left our manufacturing centre.
For example, if your item usually ships from our manufacturing centre in 1 business day, and you select “FedEx Overnight” shipping, it may actually take 2 full business days for your order to arrive.
